30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with tags
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items
  • Used or damaged goods not due to our error

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll get a confirmation.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Orders shipped to the EU qualify for a 14-day return for any reason, no questions asked.
